What are research peptides?
Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used exclusively for scientific research and laboratory experimentation. They are not intended for human consumption or clinical use.
Are your peptides pharmaceutical-grade?
Yes. All Xeno Peptides products are manufactured in certified facilities and undergo rigorous third-party testing to ensure pharmaceutical-grade quality and 98%+ purity.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Absolutely. Every order includes a Certificate of Analysis from an independent third-party laboratory, verifying purity, composition and batch information. You can also browse every published certificate on the Lab Tests page before you order.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same day via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
How is my order packaged?
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Peptides are packaged with appropriate insulation to maintain stability during transit.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can check status any time on the Track Order page.
What if my peptides arrive warm?
Peptides can tolerate brief temperature fluctuations during shipping. On arrival, store them immediately at the recommended temperature — −20°C for unopened lyophilised vials, 2–8°C once reconstituted.
What is the purity of your peptides?
All Xeno Peptides products are 98%+ pure, verified by independent third-party laboratory testing. The certificate for your specific batch is published on the Lab Tests page.
How should I store my peptides?
Unopened (lyophilised powder): store at −20°C, protected from light, for long-term storage.
After reconstitution: store at 2–8°C and use within 30 days, or freeze at −20°C for longer storage.
Always protect from light and avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
What is the shelf life?
Properly stored lyophilised peptides typically remain stable for 2–3 years. Reconstituted peptides should be used within 30 days when refrigerated.
How do I handle peptides for research?
Lyophilised peptides should be stored according to standard laboratory practice for research chemicals. For reconstitution and handling protocols specific to your research application, consult peer-reviewed scientific literature and follow your institution's standard operating procedures. We cannot provide protocol guidance, as our products are strictly for research purposes.
Do your peptides come with instructions?
Each product includes general storage and handling guidelines, and full compound information — molecular weight, sequence, solubility and storage — is published on the product page. For specific research protocols, consult published scientific literature and follow laboratory best practice.
Are these products legal?
Yes. Research peptides are legal for purchase and use in laboratory research settings by qualified professionals. They are not approved for human consumption.

Can I use these peptides for personal use?
No. These products are strictly for in vitro research and laboratory experimentation only. They are not dietary supplements, not drugs, and not intended for human or animal consumption.
Are your products FDA-approved?
No. Research peptides are exempt from FDA regulation under 21 CFR Parts 100–740, as they are not intended for human use. They are classified as research chemicals for laboratory use only.

Is my information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data, and we never share or sell customer information.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns once a product has shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
What if I have a quality concern?
If you believe a product does not meet our quality standards, contact us immediately with your order number and the COA batch number. We stand behind our products and will work to resolve any legitimate quality issue.

We cannot provide specific research protocols or dosing recommendations. Please consult published scientific literature and follow your institution's research guidelines.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Can I request a custom peptide synthesis?
Currently we only offer our standard product catalog. Custom synthesis may be available for large institutional orders — please contact us to discuss.
