These terms govern your use of xenopeptides.com and any purchase from Xeno Research LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

Eligibility

By purchasing you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are legally permitted to receive research materials where you live, and that you are acquiring them for legitimate research conducted in an appropriate setting.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to administer our products to yourself, another person, or any animal, and not to resell, repackage, or redistribute them as suitable for consumption. You are responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of research materials in line with applicable law and standard laboratory practice.

Product Information and Testing

Each batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory and its Certificate of Analysis is published in our COA Library. We publish results as the laboratory reports them.

Product descriptions reference published scientific literature for informational purposes. Nothing on this site is a claim of efficacy, safety, or suitability for any purpose, and nothing here is medical advice.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change pricing at any time, though changes do not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced, stock is unavailable, or an order appears fraudulent or inconsistent with research use. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and select cryptocurrencies. Card payments are handled by our payment processor and we never store full card numbers on our servers.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping timelines are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and damage claims are covered in our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these terms.

Intellectual Property

All site content, including text, images, product photography, and the Xeno name and logo, is the property of Xeno Research LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are supplied “as is” for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any product is suitable for any specific research application.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xeno Research LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

You assume full responsibility for how our products are handled and used once delivered, and you agree to indemnify Xeno Research LLC against claims arising from your use of them.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
