Payment Information

Marketing Emails
Marketing emails go only to people who opted in. Every one includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Transactional emails about an order you placed are sent regardless, since you need them.

Data Retention
Order records are retained as long as needed for accounting, tax, and support purposes. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe. Support emails are retained while your account is active.
