Shipping Policy

Every order ships from the United States in discreet packaging with tracking. Here is exactly what to expect.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Payments made by Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or cryptocurrency ship once the payment clears, which is usually within a few hours but can take longer depending on the network.

Delivery Estimates

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can add time once a package leaves our facility.

Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS, selected based on your address and order size. You do not choose the carrier at checkout.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over $250
• Flat rate shipping on orders under $250, calculated at checkout
• Expedited shipping available at checkout where offered

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is generated, which is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

Larger orders occasionally ship in two packages. When that happens you will receive two tracking numbers.

Packaging and Discretion

All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to contents. Vials are packed to survive normal carrier handling.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States. For international or bulk shipments, contact us about wholesale terms rather than ordering through the storefront.

Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for the accuracy of your shipping address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will reship it once you cover the reshipment cost. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error, and we will correct it if the label has not yet been created.
